The only other place we know of that could qualify as a cavern restaurant is the eating place at the Carlsbad caverns in New Mexico, USA. I have not been able to identify this cave. it is similar to the cavern in liverpool but much larger with a stage, and very little brick. I can scan and send to you a copy if interested. the caption on top is faded white but i can make out "de la "the cavern.......""
