I'm pretty sold on this, although I'm just stuck on which size to buy. I'm not especially tall at 5ft 4... I tried on the 75L backpack style, it was quite comfortable but I would ideally like to buy the smaller 60L size. As I think I would be able to handle it better.

I'm heading to Europe and New York for a 4 week trip. I don't think I will be using the backpack often (I went on a similar trip last year and found it was ok with a wheelie)... I'm just not sure if the 60L has a big enough capacity (I read somewhere that the main pack was actually only 40L)... I'll definitely be travelling light, two pair of shoes, two pair of pants, 5 shirts, one dress, two cardies and toiletries... just not sure if all that would fit in the 40L...

Hi Brian,

Both the 22" and 28" models are available in black:

I've personally fit both in an airplane overhead. As mentioned in the review, if both are fully packed they will fit in a standard flight overhead. If the bags are overstuffed, or if it is an especially small overhead, then you have to remove the day pack.

I would like to buy this item in black or dark gray it needs to be able to fit in the over head on an airline (or be able to brake down between the overhead and under seat) for international travel.

I'm so glad I got found this bag on your site. It really hugs your back when you have it on. Will be bringing it to Brazil next month

Nice pitch, I'm practically sold on it. Just have to think about what size - and update my Christmas wish list. Thanks for the link.
