Thank you, dear readers, for making 2009 a wonderful year for travel on Spot Cool Stuff!
2010 will be further filled with amazing trips, insider tips and unusual travel tidbits. But before planning our next adventure a look back on the travel blog posts of the year past:

How about a piece on abandoned ruins around the world (or by continent) that are cool and “somewhat” accessible but off the beat and track? Eeveryone knows about various famous ruins, many you have to pay admission and you can get guided tours and the such – I’m talking about the opposite – places that have almost been forgotten about and you will likely be the only person exploring. Once explored a ruin like this in Greece as a kid on holiday and it was amazing fun…..
