Fantastic post. I’m in the Philippines and people are always talking about Cebu Pacific. I’m constantly blown away by how cheap some of these flights are.

I had a $30 ticket to Singapore from the Philippines when I arrived.

$5 tickets in Indonesia is INSANE.

Not sure I’d agree with you on Bangkok Air and Silk Air being part of the “budget airlines” list, but they do (sometimes) have some good prices.
